Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail Distributor in the UAE with expansion plans.

Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for their company and to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
• Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
• Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitoring users engagement with and feedback on every post.
• Remaining uptodate with updates on all social media platforms.

Requirements - Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive with a Fashion Retail Brand

• Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI s.
• Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. (Arabic preferred)
• Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
• Indepth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
