RequirementsProven experience as aBIM Technician or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of construction processes building systems andconstruction documentation. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams. Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks within deadlines. Familiarity with BIM standards andprotocols such as COBie IFC and LOD. Relevant certification ortraining in BIM technology or related field is a plus.
