Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Auditor and Accountant to oversee and manage the financial aspects of our small hardware retail store.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy of our financial records, especially in relation to stock and inventory management.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our business.


Key Responsibilities:


Monthly Stock Audit:
Conduct thorough monthly audits of our stock to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and prevent theft or losses.


Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


Inventory Control:
Develop and maintain efficient inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.


Accounting Records:
Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.


Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide decision-making.


Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings.


Expense Management:
Monitor and control expenses, seeking cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.


Vendor Relations:
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to benefit the store.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and to identify opportunities for improvement.


Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
