Description
Manage the floor team in allocating workload and managing the day to day floor operations in the workshop.

It requires co-ordination of resources and liase with internal key stakeholders (Operations Manager & Technicians) to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard.


  • Ensure that the job card is correct & clear before accepting the vehicle,
  • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop, including job scheduling and labor allocation for daytoday operations,
  • Improve the efficiency of materials utilized on the job and maximize wastage;
  • Coordinate with Service Advisor, Operations Manager to ensure supplies are available for each job;
  • Regularly report progress to the Operations Manager for the job being performed on their car. Having clear and timely communicayion with the Operations Manager about the status of all jobs;
  • Investigation of customer complaints and concerns arising from services and suggest appropriate solutions;
  • Ensures all customer vehicles are released to the customer in a clean and presentable standard;
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that the work floor area is always clean and tidy and adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the floor area has to be maintained always;
  • Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business and implement all HSE, Dubai Munucipality standards on the floor;
  • Identify training requirements of staffs;
  • Responsible for timeliness, uniforms and efficiency of staff;
  • Propose staffing requirements and work timings.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
