About The Role We're looking for a Change Manager with a passion for new and emerging technologies, including robotics and web 3.0.

You will have experience creating and executing change strategies, fostering engagement, and driving organizational change. Preferably you will have gained your experience in a tech-driven environment.

As our Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering business value by ensuring business readiness through employee engagement and adoption.

You will support people through changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and ways of working, and culture.

The role partners internally with specialist departments, Learning and Talent, Corporate Communications, HR etc. to develop and execute the necessary change management initiatives.

You will work with all levels of the community to deliver change in line with the IT strategy and the IT Business Portfolio.

You will be responsible for change management best practice, tools and techniques.

What You'll Be Expected To Do:

  • Develop and implement change strategies aligned with the Innovation program's objectives and plans, including stakeholder analysis and scope of deliverables.
  • Support the Innovation leaders and their business partners to ensure engagement on change initiatives and transformation programmes.
  • Lead, develop and execute change programmes partnering with Leadership for specialist capability, best practice and corporate practice.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Communications and Marketing Business (CCMB) team to create communication and channel strategies for effective engagement
  • Design engagement materials, internal branding, and marketing collateral, working closely with CCMB
  • Identify, develop and plan learning opportunities to support adoption, partnering with internal and external learning development and delivery specialists and the business capability teams.
  • Develop educational programs around new capabilities and technologies
  • Design and manage engagement events, ranging from senior executive sessions to open floor showcases, in line with the change strategy
  • Facilitate smooth transitions by identifying and mitigating risks, tracking progress, and addressing resistance
  • Integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, ensuring alignment and synergy
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adapt strategies as needed
  • Develop and support communities of change agents ensuring they become advocates and the voice of transformation to all and feedback to the change programme.
