    • Supports in delivering the store annualsales targets
    • Assists in maintaining propercoverage and schedule so as to ensure the store maintains highlevels of customer service
    • Conducts storeoperations audits to ensure compliance with the required storestandard operating policies
    • Oversees thestore's after sales processes and ensures full adherenceto repair/return policies and procedures through propercommunication with internal stakeholders.
    • Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved andcustomer service provided is of exceptional standard; identifiescurrent and future customer requirements by establishing rapportswith potential and existing customers
    • Ensures that visual merchandising standards are achieved and thatproducts are displayed in accordance with brandpolicy
    • Ensures promotions and pricing areaccurate and in tune with company standards andpolicies.
    • Generates and analyzes salesreports and provides insights to maximize stock potential; reportson the performance of new and corecollections
    • Submits daily invoices and salesrecap to Finance
    • Executes store operationsincluding cash handling, inventory taking and record keeping inline with company's standard operatingprocedures
    • Maintains proper loss preventionstandards and ensures compliance with cash handling, fraud andtheft of products
    • Manages inventory such asin-bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking,transfers and managing inventorydiscrepancies
    • Ensures interior and exteriorof the store are clean and maintained to company and brandstandards
    • Directs the team to followstandard operating procedures and store appearancestandards
    • Carries out the duties of acashier (as required)
