- Bachelor's degree inEngineering; Master's degree is aplus
- Minimum 5 years working experience, ofwhich at least 2 years in Plant Design projectmanagement
- Experience with and user knowledgeof SmartPlant3D software is a must; PDMS and BIM (Revit) know-howis a plus
- Experience in leading a crossfunctional team, direct managerial experience is aplus
- High level understanding of structuralmodel building and MEP/Fire Protection
- Usage ofstructural engineering software (R-Stab, SAP2000, ....) isa plus
- Understanding the correlation betweentechnical and commercial aspects of engineering work and serviceoffering
- A solution, and customer-orientedpersonality
- Willingness to work Empathy andability to work in multiculturalenvironment
- Proficiency in English - writtenand verbal
- To be geographically flexible, withthe willingness and ability totravel
