- Support RMs in providing andadvancing excellent service to clients to achieve clientretention.
- Partner with Client &Business Support in Head Office ensuring timely transactionprocessing and service delivery of clients'requirements.
- Understand client requirementsand assist RMs in maintenance of account relationships in terms oftrading and credit.
- Execute trades across a mixof investment products using Bloomberg
- Atleast 5 years in a strong client servicefocus
- Excellent interpersonal &communication skills
- Knowledge of PrivateBanking investment products such as Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, FXStructured Notes and Derivatives (Futures &Options)
- Knowledge on use ofBloomberg
- Knowledge of MicrosoftExcel
