Description
Our client is a leading luxury real estate company with its head office in Dubai Marina.

They are looking for a Project Manager/Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management of the company. Experience with a real estate developer is essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance), and report regularly on project status.
  • Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications:


  • Extensive background in real estate development in Dubai, with a deep understanding of industry practices and processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in project engineering or a related real estate or development industry role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering highquality results.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
