Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities
Planning, and designing Holiday and travel packages to suit the client's needs.

Coordinate travel booking, holidays, and transport, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of a client's travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently.
• Maintains active communication and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
• Provides the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties.
• Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
• Ability to work well as part of a team

- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide.


Qualifications

• Proven experience (35 years) within the travel industry, preferably in a holiday/vacation department.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and holiday package design.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Detailoriented and wellorganized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in travel booking systems and software.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:

- travel industry: 3 years (required)
- a holiday/vacation department: 3 years (required)
- destination management: 3 years (required)
