Position Summary

  • The position will play a pivotal role in analysing and assessing OR & Brand Store performance
  • The role is regional innature with a focus on compliance, retail planning, and affordability
Role and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and consolidating the sales, store, and competitor data from subsidiaries or the system.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Provide insights on competitive pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement strategic programs to enhance retail performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on analysis and market insights.
  • Responding to adhoc request from RHQ or HQ.
  • Liaise effectively with local and global teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on the MENA region
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insight and serve business objectives
  • Data visualization — the individual is aware of how to analyse large datasets and present it as per the purpose to identify patterns, trends, or problematic area in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years working experience related to retail / key account management / shoppermarketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problemsolving and attention to detail and accuracy
