SquareYards (Dubai), the leading distributor for primary residential real estate in India and a dominant player in key NRI markets, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Investment/Portfolio Manager in the real estate field.


The company has a global presence in 10 countries, including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales and revenue generation for International Property Management (IPM), managing targets and P&L responsibilities.
  • Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities and develop effective promotional campaigns.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and execute strategies, processes, and policies for regional operations.
  • Provide investment strategies and recommendations to maximize client returns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and guidance on investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects for viability and profitability.
  • Foster a dynamic environment that encourages career development and motivates team members.
  • Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the real estate, edtech, insurance, or banking industry (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
