Summary

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to General Manager and Food & Beverage Director
  • The Executive Secretary is responsible to provide strong and efficient administrative support and to ensure that the strict confidentiality is maintained in dealings with all work related matters.

Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in hotel environment.
  • Good customer service, communication skills, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Background in Food & Beverage will be a plus.
  • Legal background will be a plus.
