The BIM Architectural Designer role supports a Singapore-based architectural consultancy specializing in human-centric environments for healthcare and research laboratory projects.Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed 3D and 2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit* Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements* Use BIM models for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation supportQualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related discipline* Three to five years of relevant experience preferably on healthcare or laboratory building projects* Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based workflows*Job description
