Tenant Relations Manager Jobs in Dubai | Al Futtaim Careers1- Tenant Relations ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:The Tenant Relations Manager is the primary contact and spokesperson within Arabian Cener for all the tenants and is responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations defined in the Arabian Center Tenant Handbook, Administer Tenant Issue and Complaints Resolution process.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Tenant Relations Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy.

This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the mall management team, customers and cross-functional staff.
Liaison between mall management and tenants in all aspects as required.

The Relations Manager will ultimately build relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the short, medium and long term expectations of Arabian Center Mall stakeholders whilst implementing strategies to advance our retailers revenue, profitability, operations and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:
Contributing to the allocation of a budget and accepting responsibility to stay within the agreed budgetNegotiating with retail tenants on Terms and Conditions, financial elements and payment plansAR collection to maintain minimum debtors provision among tenants

Job Requirements:
Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environmentMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar positionKnowledge of tenancy related issues in shopping malls
