    Director, Asset Management Jobs in Sharjah 2022 | S.R Investment PartnersJob DescriptionThe Asset Manager's job is to supervise the day-to-day operations and long-term planning for the company's data center and public cloud assets.

    Information technology assets must be managed throughout their entire lifecycle by the Asset Manager role in the company.

    Asset Portfolio management includes a wide range of responsibilities that include the establishment of policies, standards, procedures as well as systems that help the company achieve its business goals in terms of risk management and cost control.

    The Asset Manager will work with all departments involved in the acquisition, implementation, administration, and expenditure reporting of IT assets, and will employ integrated software solutions to accomplish this task.


    Qualifications:
    Creating and delivering information to county staff and the general public.

    May be allocated to represent the county on numerous boards, committees, and groups charged with the administration of infrastructure assets.

    A company's focus should be on loans that are due to mature, such as prepayable, balloon, and maturing loans, while also considering possible refinancing options for Business Development.

    Throughout the Public Works Department, infrastructure asset management best practices are being implemented strategically and practically. The provision of asset management software training falls under this category.

    The whole life cycle of any asset, from purchase through disposal, including investor returns, should be modelled under all scenarios.

    Initiate and oversee the yearly budgeting, strategic planning, and reforecasting efforts.
    Create cash flow projections, look at and make recommendations for investor capital calls and distributions. Manage escrow and operating cash accounts to make sure they have enough money.

    Ensure that asset data, such as serial numbers or identification tags, are accurate, full, and auditable in a configuration management database (CMDB).Ensure that exceptional service is offered to the company's present tenant connections by taking the initiative.

    Leasing agents, solicitors, and bankers who have a strong network may assist in the negotiation of leases for high-profile tenants.

    To increase productivity and return on investment, look at methods to make the most of underutilized technology assets.
    Work with the organization's IT department to develop protocols for monitoring and evaluating corporate hardware from purchase through retirement.

    Develop and execute strategic business strategies for each asset that will control the asset's daily operations, market position, and eventual sale.


    Skills:


    Applicants for this position must have five (5) years of experience managing infrastructure assets in a government agency, and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides you with the knowledge and abilities that are required for the position.

    Experience in contract management or buying and procurement, including strategy creation and implementationWord processing and spreadsheet programs, as well as database management and presentation, are among the software applications that are necessary.

    This role requires knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
    There must be a lot of teamwork and collaboration between coworkers, vendors, customers, and other groups that work together.

    It is essential that you be able to communicate effectively with colleagues in English through reading, writing, and speaking in order to carry out your job duties safely and successfully.
