ESSENTIALDUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivercourses to students in specified discipline areas ofstudy
• Evaluate and monitor individual studentprogress and provide feedback to sustain studentsuccess
• Organize and manage instructionalresources, courses outlines, and communitynetworks
• Conduct high-quality research inhis/her own field and publish research outcomes in reputablejournals and conferences
• Ensure a respectfuland culturally sensitive learning environment in allcollege-focused activities
• Establish andmaintain effective work relationships across the organization andcommunity
• Motivate and inspire confidence inothers (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations topersonal growth and success
• Actively seek outmethods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course andlesson objectives
