- Lead key accounts and generate new oradd-on business and services viacross-selling.
- Manage and deliver consultingassignments primarily in the people and organization experiencestrategies domain, including but not limited to people experiencestrategy, health & wellbeing, diversity, equity &inclusion, and organizationaldesign.
- Communicate and work closely with theproject/program team to ensure a clear understanding ofdeliverables, deadlines, and measurement criteria for projectproposals.
- Monitor progress towards projectobjectives and KPIs, effectively managing project risks andopportunities.
- Review the team's workto ensure high-quality output aligned with the scope of work,delivered on time and within budget to meet clientexpectations.
- Engage with clients to align onwork plans and deliverables and build strong, trustedrelationships.
- Proactively manage the draftingof proposals and participate in proposal pitches to convertpipelines into secured wins.
- Develop research,thought leadership, and data collection to understandclient's current ways of working andoperating.
- Ensure all consulting operationalsystems, such as Salesforce and FinancialForce, are updated,monitored, and maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in businessadministration, psychology, or any other relevantfield
- 5 years of experience in a similarrole
- Impeccable communication skills (Englishand Arabic)
- Proven track record in deliveringprojects on-time, on-budget within the scope that exceedsstakeholder expectations
- Familiarity withcommon business software, project management tools andmethodologies
- Ability and willingness forfrequent travel within the GCC and MiddleEast
- MENAexperience
