JobResponsibilities

• Lead key accounts and generate new oradd-on business and services viacross-selling.
• Manage and deliver consultingassignments primarily in the people and organization experiencestrategies domain, including but not limited to people experiencestrategy, health & wellbeing, diversity, equity &inclusion, and organizationaldesign.
• Communicate and work closely with theproject/program team to ensure a clear understanding ofdeliverables, deadlines, and measurement criteria for projectproposals.
• Monitor progress towards projectobjectives and KPIs, effectively managing project risks andopportunities.
• Review the team's workto ensure high-quality output aligned with the scope of work,delivered on time and within budget to meet clientexpectations.
• Engage with clients to align onwork plans and deliverables and build strong, trustedrelationships.
• Proactively manage the draftingof proposals and participate in proposal pitches to convertpipelines into secured wins.
• Develop research,thought leadership, and data collection to understandclient's current ways of working andoperating.
• Ensure all consulting operationalsystems, such as Salesforce and FinancialForce, are updated,monitored, and maintained.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in businessadministration, psychology, or any other relevantfield
• 5 years of experience in a similarrole
• Impeccable communication skills (Englishand Arabic)
• Proven track record in deliveringprojects on-time, on-budget within the scope that exceedsstakeholder expectations
• Familiarity withcommon business software, project management tools andmethodologies
• Ability and willingness forfrequent travel within the GCC and MiddleEast
• MENAexperience
