Description
We are looking for Design Architect with the following qualifications;

  • Proficient in AUTOCAD 2D DRAWINGS - PREPARING 2D SHOP DRAWINGS FOR SUBMISSION TO DDA,DM, TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL, EMAAR
  • Proficient in 3D SKETCHUP - PREPARING 3D DESIGN PROPOSAL AS PER CLIENT WANTS.
  • Proficient in Lumion Rendering Software - PREPARING 3D RENDERED DESIGNS.
  • Quantity Surveying from 2D Drawings - GATHERING QUANTITIES IN AUTOCAD SOFTWARE.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop is a big advantage
  • PREPARING MOODBOARDS FOR CLIENT PRESENTATION.
  • Proficient in Estimation - PREPARING THE ESTIMATED PRICE FOR LANDSCAPE AND POOL WORKS.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and MS Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills - proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Male or Female with 2 years UAE WORK EXPERIENCED in Landscaping and swimming Pool in UAE.

Applicant must be already here in Dubai UAE - for face to face interview)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
