We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai.


Position Purpose:


The HR Manager will be a hands-on member of the Human Resources team whose role is to facilitate all Human Resources functions for all sites across MENA.


The HR Manager supports the VP of HR UK, EU & MENA and assists in every aspect of Human Resources by responding to any queries from colleagues and line managers.

This is a varied generalist HR role covering all areas including Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Payroll and immigration.


The Team Advisor connects business objectives and people initiatives to build an inclusive, productive environment where employees can perform at their highest potential.

This role blends the generalist knowledge of HR centre of excellence with the mindset of an HR business partner.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all HR generalist activities and HR site lead for TAIT MENA.
  • Work closely with the VP HR EU & MENA and Senior Director Compensation and Benefits Global as well as hiring managers on compensation strategy and structure as well as role development. benchmarking, building employment packages, and promotion processes.
  • Maintains working knowledge of all People function disciplines including compensation, total rewards, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, talent development, performance management, recruiting, and employment law.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practice; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Supports needs assessments to identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and overall company culture as part of the Inclusive TAIT working group.
  • Recruitment and talent management.
  • Overseeing and actioning correspondence from internal and external parties received in the HR team inbox.
  • Participate in global HR projects in alignment with the Global HR strategy.
  • Analyses internal trends related to turnover and other metrics in partnership with the Global People Team to develop solutions, programs and policies. Produces KPI reports and analysis to support decision making and strategy execution.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all employees.
  • Support on the complete employee journey, from recruitment till offboarding activities of all employees.
  • Multitasking through participating in the recruiting process, analysing employee turnover and retention.
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives.
  • Be responsible for preparing and coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Play an active role in formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of office systems, policies and procedures to support effective people management throughout the business.
  • Employee wellbeing is a key responsibility of the HR Advisor, managing occupational health screenings across multiple sites, management referrals and dealing with the Company's EAP provider.
  • Being approachable and relatable to employees, qualified as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and a member of the Company's wellbeing team.
  • Playing an active role in the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with the coordination and completion of employee onboarding and inductions.
  • Day to day management of the HR & Payroll system, currently ADP, which included sickness absence loggings/communications and monitoring.
