    We are currently seeking a dynamic andexperienced Sales Director Facilities Management to join our teamand lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team ofsales professionals.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Develop andimplement sales strategies to achieve company targets andobjectives
    Lead and manage the sales team to ensuremaximum performance and productivity
    Identify newbusiness opportunities and potential markets for growth
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients andpartners
    Monitor market trends and competitor activitiesto stay ahead of the competition
    Conduct regular salesmeetings and provide sales reports to the senior managementteam
    Train and develop sales team members to enhancetheir skills and knowledge
    Review and analyze sales datato identify areas for improvement and take necessaryactions
    Collaborate with other departments to ensuresmooth and efficient sales operations
    Represent thecompany at industry events and conferences to promote our productsandservices


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with atleast 3 years in a Director or Lead role
    Proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets and driving business growth inthe Facility management sector:
    mainly in sales notin services
    Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills
    Strong communication and interpersonalskills
    Knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene industry isa plus
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware
