JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Barista/Bartender who can seamlessly transition between crafting premium coffee beverages and creating exceptional cocktails. The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients, an understanding of advanced beverage preparation techniques, and a commitment to delivering impeccable service in a luxurious setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Barista Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and specialty drinks using high-quality beans and advanced equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to take coffee orders, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and customize drinks according to individual preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards in coffee brewing, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. Regularly taste and adjust coffee blends to meet our established flavor profiles.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders, performing routine cleaning and calibration to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Work Area Management: Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Crafting: Create and serve a wide range of cocktails and mixed drinks, from classic concoctions to innovative signature creations, using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and advanced mixing techniques.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional bar service by interacting with guests, offering recommendations based on preferences, and creating a welcoming and sophisticated bar environment.
• Bar Management: Oversee the bar area, including inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is clean and well-maintained. Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements related to alcohol service, including checking IDs and preventing underage drinking.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a barista and/or bartender in a high-end or upscale environment is highly desirable. Proven ability to handle both coffee and cocktail preparation with a high level of proficiency.
• Skills: Expertise in advanced coffee brewing methods and cocktail techniques, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient quality.
• Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a polished demeanor, with a focus on creating a memorable and enjoyable guest experience.
• Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, new beverage technologies, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
