Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Engaging Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions in your respective discipline(s) to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
2. Customize Training Content: Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs and objectives of participants, ensuring relevance and practical application.
3. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their continuous improvement.
4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in your field to continually enhance training content and delivery.
5. Adaptability: Adjust training methods and approaches based on the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Soft Skills, Management & Corporate Training, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Brand Marketing, Communication, and HSE Management.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a trainer or instructor with a track record of delivering impactful training sessions.
3. Certifications: Relevant certifications and qualifications in the respective discipline(s) are highly desirable.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences.
5. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules and locations for training sessions.
