    About the role

    Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for driving sales success We are seeking a talented professional to lead our sales efforts in the MENA region. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take charge of promoting our innovative solutions to merchants open to crypto payments. Additionally, your role will extend to establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key referral partners across diverse categories. This pivotal position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities within the MENA region.
    • Utilize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor analysis to identify potential clients.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific requirements and pain points.
    • Tailor service offerings to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to prospective clients.
    • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contractual agreements.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
    • Proactively address client concerns and feedback to strengthen long-term relationships.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
    • Establish a feedback loop with clients and internal teams to continuously improve products and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of the crypto market and related technologies.
    • 5-10 years of successful sales experience.
    • Tech sales background, preferably in SaaS or financial services.
    • Effective verbal and written communication.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Independent worker with a proactive, ownership mindset.
