MustHaves:
-1+ year of recent relevantexperience in a heavy phone support role or customer service rolewith a large enterprise company
Must becomfortable in a heavy phone support role taking close to 200transactions per day
Excellent professionalismis a must
Overall technically savvy, and mustbe a quick learner
Ability to multi-task andwork on multiple projects at once, and must have ability to learnquickly and work in a fast paced environment
-Must be ok working weekend schedules (both Saturday and Sundays)and later shift times (1:30 PM to 10 PM)
