SquareYards (Dubai), the #1 pan-India distributor by revenues for primary residential real estate in India, and virtual monopoly in key NRI markets is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Investment/Portfolio Manager in the field of real estate.


The company has a presence in 10 countries including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Australia and Canada.

Its customers are serviced by Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) with Property purchase Documentation, Home Loan/Mortgage Support, Taxation & Legal services, Portfolio management and restructuring etc.


Responsibilities

  • Sales and revenue generation for International Property Management (IPM). Driving targets from your team members and responsible for the PnL.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities and projects. Develop promotional campaigns around major product launches.
  • Initiating and implementing process/procedure changes/improvements and ensuring optimal utilization of the available resources.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies, processes, and policies for regional operations & ensuring that the requisite changes are made as and when required.
  • Develop investment strategies and recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize returns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, negotiation and guidance on investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects, ensuring viability and profitability.
  • Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members
  • Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the real estate, edtech, insurance, and banking industry (min. 1 year).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
