Role Description

Finding innovative ways to use AI, ML, and LLM in segmenting customers and targetingpotential clients. For example, we want to leverage ML and AI to automate the manual process of researching and approaching potential clients.

You will work closely with managers and directors, understanding and managing their expectations.

As a management position, you will have a few engineers reporting to you. We expect you to guide engineers reporting to you and grow their skills in BI, analytics, A/B testing... etc. You will also be responsible for any future hiring and managing your team's performance and retention.

Finally, you will be working with other departments and teams. We need you to encourage a culture of data-driven decisions. For example, you could provide analytics data to the product team to prioritize backlog items. Also, provide analytics to the design team so they can develop features that customers love.

Who We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience is essential in later stages as well. You should be able to perform effective code reviews as the team grows. You should be able to listen to technical discussions and make well-informed decisions.

When you start having engineers reporting to you, we expect a proactive management style. You should have the means to regularly collect data from your reports and gauge their performance and career growth. You should effectively delegate to them and make their impact noticeable to upper management.
