Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing KPIs across various departments to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
The KPI Specialist will play a crucial role in monitoring performance metrics analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
KPI Development and Implementation:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs for each department and business unit.
Develop a comprehensive KPI framework aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
Implement KPIs across various functions and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Establish robust data collection processes to gather accurate and timely performance data.
Analyze KPI data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to management highlighting performance against targets and proposing corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis and alert management to any deviations from established benchmarks.
Work closely with department heads to ensure a consistent focus on achieving KPI targets.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements based on KPI analysis.
Implement strategies to optimize performance and drive efficiency across the organization.
Communication and Training:
Communicate KPI objectives expectations and results to all relevant stakeholders.
Provide training and support to teams to enhance understanding and ownership of KPIs.
Benchmarking:
Conduct benchmarking activities to compare the companys performance against industry standards.
Recommend adjustments to KPIs based on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
2 years of experience in KPI development implementation and management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve results.
