- Ensure the smooth function ofday-to-day operations for the facility
- Utilizehand tools to maintain equipment in thefacility
- Complete basic electrical/plumbingmaintenance
- Responsible for the general upkeepand maintenance of the facility
- Maintain thecleanliness of both the interior and exterior of thefacility
- Responsible for the removal of trash,wood, scrap, dunnage, and any other unwanted material from both theinterior and exterior of the facility
- Followthe proper process to clean the coffee machines within the facilityon schedule
- Empty trash inside and outside offacility
- Work with Production leadership toidentify potential improvements and implementthem
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Must track all outsourcedmaintenances
- Clean the toilets and sinks in allthe 6 restrooms (floor and office)
- Hang anyitems that would require anchoring anddrilling
- Report on issues, malfunction, ordefective parts
- Operate the floor machine keepfloor clean on a regular basis
- Keep outside ofbuilding neat and organized
- Change light bulbsas needed, minor electrical work when needed, minor plumbing workas needed
- Hand tool experience(hammer, drill, wrench, etc.)
- Ability to fixminor repairs within the facility (leaky sink, lightbulbs,etc.)
- Ability to do basic electrical/plumbingwork
- Proven attendance record with pastemployers
