    The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO)teams mission is to lead the change & be the driving forceto turn product to market success. We do this by focusing onhelping build great products driving GTM strategy for oureverevolving ads product and automating our processes for drivingcustomer success and internal workflows. Our team is constantlyreinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internalstakeholders and external clients.

    As part ofthe PSO team we are looking for a product marketing professionalwith a background in media to lead the gotomarket for performance& brand marketing in METAP. The role involves closecollaboration with both inmarket sales and headquarter productteams in a highgrowth environment. Abilities to selfmotivateprioritise and influence partners are key skills. Ideal candidatesshould have experience working with digital advertising productsand also be familiar with eCommerce retail CPG and/or other relatedindustries.

    You will be comfortable operatingwith a fastpaced startup mindset in an international andmulticultural environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Partner with Sales leadershipBusiness Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to set longtermobjectives and develop gotomarket strategies for performance andbranding clients.
    • Collaborate with ProductManagement HQ counterparts and Sales teams to build customercentricsolutions for our advertisers in the region.
    • Develop best practices through the lens of clients todrive business outcomes for our clients.
    • Partner closely with sales teams and utilise dataproficiently to deeply understand pain points formulate businessrequirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction ofproduct development.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or above orequivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
    • 6 years of experience in advertising technologyproducts.
    • Ability to set priorities multitaskand work independently
    • Track record ofinfluencing crossfunctional teams
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Clearcommunicator capable of explaining complex conceptssimply.
    • A commercial mindset with a history ofdelivering against stretching performance goals & provingbrand value.
    • Strategic has a strategicperspective about digital marketing products their application andpotential future development
    • No previousProduct Marketing experience is required
    • Proficiency in Arabic or Turkish is preferred but notrequired
