- Identify the clients'fitness level and health.
- Oversee completion ofexercise routines
- Track clients'physical progress
- Modify exercise plans basedon needs, potential injuries, or healthissues.
- Conduct individual and group fitnesstraining sessions.
- Adopt a holistic trainingapproach (e.g., cardiovascular exercise,strength)
- Oversee the use of fitness equipmentto ensure clients exercise properly andsafely.
- Handle nutrition and health-relatedquestions
- Refer to and promote fitness packagesand plans.
- Carry out First Aid and CPR ifneeded.
- Follow safety and hygieneguidelines.
- Previous work experience as a FitnessTrainer or similar role
- Knowledge of diverseexercises and how to adjust plans according to eachclient's needs.
- Ability to instructand motivate people.
- Excellent communicationskills
- Teamwork
- Availableto work on early or late shifts and onweekends.
