Description

• Lead the IT department in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization
• Work closely with other departments to assess technology needs and develop solutions to support business objectives
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technology projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to improve the organization's overall technology infrastructure
• Ensure that all IT policies, procedures, and systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other thirdparty providers to ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard
• Provide technical expertise and support to endusers and stakeholders across the organization
• Act as the primary decision maker for all ITrelated matters and provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on technologyrelated issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong decisionmaking abilities, with the ability to make informed and timely decisions in a fastpaced environment
• Strong technical skills, with experience in a variety of technologies and platforms
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and project timelines
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the IT field.
