    Job Description

    As the Country Manager - Sales, your key role is to encompass all sales related operation, acting as the main contact point for the respective MEO dealer within designated area of responsibility.

    The specific job key responsibilities include:

    • Planning, negotiation, and management of country's sales and production objectives assigned by MEO management.
    • Timely and accurate submission of SSOR, monthly forecasts, & weekly sales updates.
    • Achievement of overall brand and focus carline volume & market share objectives within assigned sales allowance and CIB budgets.
    • Lead the effective management of quantitative & qualitative dealer operational KPIs including:
      • Inventory Management
      • Customer Experience – Mystery Shopping, NPS/PDSS, Data Sharing
      • Lead conversion ratios
      • Retail, Fleet, & CPO dealer salesforce training scores
      • Ensure dealer BDC & I-CARE compliance
    • Internal coordination and implementation of Brand marketing campaigns.
    • Planning and implementation of retail marketing campaigns in-line with regional brand guidelines.
    • Planning, negotiation, and management of country's sales and production objectives assigned by MEO management.
    • Organized submission of sales allowance and pricing intelligence reports such as RSI planner, CE requests, pricing requests.
    • Supporting MEO central business development initiatives rolled out by MEO BD team.
    • This job will act as the lead sales personnel to ensure dealer and country agreement with GM MEO business plan objectives to achieve wholesale, retail, fleet, accessories, and CPOV objectives.
    • Conducting of regular and well-planned dealer visits, meetings, and interactions on a monthly basis.

    RETAIL:

    In the retail domain, the country manager key responsibilities include:

    • Fair assignment and achievement of dealer retail sales objectives.
    • Ensure availability of proper retail demanded trims and popular options.
    • Management and improvement of customer satisfaction action plans/scores.
    • Ensure dealer compliance with MEO carline MSRPs online or within the showroom.
    • Identifying dealer sales structure improvement measures.
    • Effective management of MEO demo program across all sales points, including physical visits.
    • Monthly discussion of key KPIs outlined above with dealer management.
    • Report out on detailed campaign performance including Seibel reports.
    • Appropriate use of POS funds and materials
    • Agreement with internally and with dealer on RSI implementation.

    FLEET:

    In the fleet domain, the country manager key responsibilities include:

    • Fair assignment and achievement of dealer fleet sales objectives.
    • Ensure availability of proper fleet demanded trims and popular options.
    • Analyze and influence fleet sub-segment performance in RAC, Government, and SME sectors

    ACCESSORIES:

    While the accessories SBM will lead the accessory business planning calendar, the country manager is responsible for the following:

    • Follow-up and management of dealer agreed to accessory sales/order targets.
    • Promote accessory sales within the dealership, including factory SEs, local SEs.
    • Provide market and consumer insights on promoting accessories.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Five to Seven years of professional experience in automotive sales/consulting experience
    • Automotive product knowledge
    • Business Management knowledge

    Education:

    • College degree preferably in business

    Skills:

    • Written and oral skills in English and Arabic
    • Interpersonal skills required for internal and external relationships
    • Analytical skills to be able to interpret data
    • Problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems
    • Very good project management skills to manage own projects and tasks

    • Effective management of assigned fleet CE budget.
    • Timely submission of financial support requests, especially during month-end cycles.
