- Interact regularly with all Miral colleagues (including park walks and special events), with specific focus on allocated stakeholder groups
- Work closely with the Support Managers to assist them in meeting specific department/Park requirements
- Co-design, co-deliver and co-facilitate learning programmes
- Assist the Support Managers in delivering engagement activities throughout the year, aligned with the experiences' operational calendars, including the monthly WOW recognition program
- Support the business with everyday engagement activities such as recognition, length of service and birthdays, by providing guidance and direction on where to find information
- Send out communication updates to the business through Yammer, Smile Alerts, digital signage and posters
- Assist the rest of the HR team and support senior HR leaders with logistics when running events
- Research new and innovative learning and engagement tools and ideas, and share with the team
- Support Farah's Emiratization programme, as required
- Support the business with internships, cross-training and multi-skilling
- Ensure learning records and documents are kept up to date
- Provide weekly, monthly and 1/4ly reporting as needed by the TD&E Manager, Talent Management Director and Director of HR
- Supervise the TD&E Administrator, ensuring delivery against objectives and development opportunities are provided
- Secondary or above
- Train the trainer certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in learning delivery
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good MS Office skills; Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- UAE Nationals with Family Book
- CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent
- Experience in design, facilitation and evaluation of learning initiatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Working knowledge of online tools such as Articulate Storyline
