Duties and Responsibility

Storing data in CRM and present reports

Checking other web-portals for updating and maintaining our ads to be on top.

Advertising on CRM screening all agents' advertisements to ensure that they meet the rating standards, editing pictures, checking for errors on the adverts posted and informing the relevant agents, periodically updating the agents on how to improvise on their adverts to reach the target audience.

Create and manage property listings for real estate sales and rentals

Gather property information, take photos, and write compelling descriptions

Upload listings to various online platforms and ensure accuracy and completeness

Coordinate with clients and agents to schedule property showings

Maintain organized records of all listings and update as needed

Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective listing strategies

Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the listing process

Contributing to creating analysis and reports about the portals' performance and marketing department reports.

Updating and refreshing our listings on 48 hours cycle and/or daily basis

Contributing to monitoring and analyzing our listings' performance on portals

Fulfill and complete the task assigned to her by Marketing Manager in efficient and timely
