The Role


Requirements:

Requirements Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements. Assist in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights to support business initiatives. Assist in maintaining internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
