• Audit of daily bank deposits report with deposit slips.
• Checking of end of the day transactions for the day (receipts and payments), daily reportreceipts and payment done daily.
• Audit of disbursements/payments vouchers (supporting documents and entries), payment vouchers done daily
• Verification of Ejari fee, commission and rent funding clearance as needed.
• Checking accuracy of Ejari contracts details as needed.
• Checking of monthly commission payments.
• Checking of monthly payroll calculations and entries.
• Verification and confirmation of final inspection notice (moveout) as needed.
• Review of building MIS Reports
• Audit of SD/Rent refunds calculations and payment vouchers payable.
• Review of Management Agreement and invoices, receipts, and entries.
• Cash flow of account 1 &
• Audited Financial Statements.
• Reviewing operational policy and update according to
  AML/ Ministry of economy / Ministry of finance regulations
• Reviewing VAT returns submission & updating the system and operations as per VAT compliance of FTA
• Implementing corporate tax compliance system
• Reviewing software and recommendations as per changing laws and regulations.
