We are looking for a HEAD of SALES in our team who is ready to work for results and actively participate in the development of the company.


  • Implementation of the approved sales plan in the assigned territory
  • Active development of the client base
  • Maintenance and analysis of the effectiveness of the department
  • Development of sales strategy in different channels.


  • 5+ years of experience in Real estate
  • Knowledge and understanding of the local market (UAE, Dubai)
  • Fluency in Russian and English. Knowledge of Arabic will be your advantage
  • Experience in establishing a sales department (conducting interviews, training new employees, setting up KPIs, motivating employees, mentoring)
  • Planning and breakdown of sales figures
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of stages, sales techniques
  • Clientoriented, purposeful, open communication, developed communication skills;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Competitive compensation package including base pay and commission. Work schedule 5/2. Medical insurance.

From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
