    • Bachelor or Masters'Degree.
    • Deep understanding of the medialandscape
    • Have worked in Media, Agency or FMCGclient side, especially InternationalCompany
    • Experience in working on Social Media& YouTube Advertising campaigns. Experience working withKOLs/Influencers is an advantage.
    • Experience inConsumer Insights/Market Research is aplus.
    • Strong analytical ability to developdata-driven and insight-based mediastrategies.
    • Able to handle and analyze complexand large amounts of data leveraging excellent MS Excel skillsand/or Python and various modelingapproaches
    • Curiosity and passion to learn andexplore new media/advertising formats (i.e.. Social Commerce) andnew tools to analyze data (eg. Gen AI)
    • Highcollaboration skills with internal multi-functional teams andexternal partners and work across geographies andcultures
    • Strong leadershipskills
    • Ability to lead change and driveinnovation
    • Comfortable in operating in acomplex, fast paced and agile structure with an ability to handlemultiple priorities
    • English fluency required,Arabic is a plus
