We are looking for a Freight/Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall management.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer servicesDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumersKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipmentsHandling and managing the key accounts for the business.

Accountable for all functions & revenueResolve any arising problems or complaintsSupervise, coach and train warehouse workforceMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements


Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Freight/Logistics ManagerTeam handling experience required.

Record of successful distribution and logistics managementDemonstrable ability to lead and manage staffProficient in standard logistics softwareExcellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projectsBS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply ChainTaking care of entire sales and operational activities for the business.
