We are recruiting a new and dynamic person to join our team who will drive and accelerate our excellence in serving the customer with best-in-class service levels.
This is a multipurpose role where the Customer Service & Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for all administrative sales and technical support functions in order to support external customers and our sales team.
He/she will implement a dynamic and driven team approach to improve/strengthen day-to-day customer relations via clear and concise efficient bi-directional human communications and actively partake in a pro-active customer contact plan to improve account retention and reduce the attrition rates.
Qualifications/Experience
- 5 years' experience working in a customer service management role
- Good written and presentation skills are required
- Expert knowledge and skills with Windows programmes.
- Advanced SAP user
- Fluency (written/verbal) in English is a must.
- Proficiency in another European language would be advantageous
- Experience as a Customer Service Manager in an engineering manufacturing industry
- Experience in dealing with international customers in Europe, Middle East & N. America.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Ability to think strategically and to lead a team
- Strong clientfacing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
