To set strategies and manage the revenue management, sales and promotional activities of the whole company focusing on Membership Growth and the Key Market Segments which includes, Leisure Individuals and Groups, Travel Agents, DMC's & Hotels, Corporate Groups, Schools & Universities, Embassies, Institutions and Federations and Government Institutions and Organizations.


To assist, coach and coordinate the sales and marketing activities of the Sales & Marketing, Membership Sales and Membership Relations Departments.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works with the management team to improve product and quality within the whole company
  • To develop the whole company's sales & marketing business plans and budget and thereafter, evaluate business trends to modify strategies and then interprets, analyses and manages budget to meet business objectives
  • Provide constructive coaching and counselling to fellow employees
  • To work with and motivate the sales team to develop the revenue management process of the company
  • To manage all marketing communication matters and activities whilst working with appointed Public Relations and Marketing Agency. Whilst ensuring an excellent rapport is established with all relevant media locally, regionally and internationally
  • To maximize profitability for the whole company, with a total revenue focus for major revenue centres which includes, Food & Beverage, Equestrian, Shooting, Water Sport, Karting, Recreational and Retail consistent with company objectives
  • To identify prospective business partners for the purpose of promotions and public relations activities
  • To promote and strengthen the positioning of the whole company for the key business and market segments
  • Preparation and administration of overall department budget and preparation of monthly and long term strategic department plan
  • Monitoring the sales performance through the compilation and preparation of all sales reports including forecast, budgets, weekly and monthly forecasts to ensure company objectives are met
  • Selection, training, supervision, and development of all sales and marketing personnel
  • Extensive interaction with all departments within the whole company in providing information concerning servicing and handling our members and guests
  • Development and maintenance of key accounts through personal sales calls, correspondence with existing and potential client base, and attendance at both travel and related industry meetings and trade shows
  • Planning, developing and implementing marketing programs designed to maximize revenues consistent with company objectives
  • Directing and responsible for the whole company's advertising activities to ensure any programs are consistent with established objectives and company standards
  • Identifies positive public relations and teamwork opportunities with the sales team and manages activities to tap on these opportunities
  • Motivates and provides a work environment in which employee satisfaction can be reached
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the membership marketing & sales plan and enrollment and retention strategies and member events
  • Creation and implementation of an effective "Public Relations and Awareness Campaign "without advertising
  • Ensure that an excellent rapport is established with new members in order to receive referrals. Thereby achieving membership enrollment targets
  • Establish database and maintain accurate records of members and prospective members for effective communication and promotion of the company's activities for both members and public
  • Represent the whole company in community activities and organizations to provide community awareness of the whole company and develop sources for prospective members
  • Assists with the creation, organizations and hosting of member events to attract and retain members
  • Assists the top management with the coordination of protocol associated with the visits of VVIP Members & Guests

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:


  • Master's degree or Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field or equivalent commercial experience
  • Minimum years' UAE experience in hospitality and / or sports facilities environment
  • Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club with both Membership and Public access in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience of driving performance in teams
  • Ability to provide honest feedback and constructive criticism to the team
  • Highly organized and detailoriented; handson commitment to getting the job done, multitasking and time management
  • Strong understanding of database structures, reporting tools and computer systems
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
