Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Admin to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably within the Philippines.

As a Real Estate Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our real estate operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, such as property sales, rentals, and leases.

Assist with property documentation, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client information, contracts, and financial transactions.

Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to gather necessary information for property listings and marketing materials.

Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings, to promote properties.

Respond to inquiries from clients, prospects, and other stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Schedule property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Coordinate with external parties such as appraisers, inspectors, contractors, and lenders to facilitate property transactions.

Assist in organizing and maintaining property databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Handle general office administration tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.


Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role.

Strong knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and terminology.

Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and contracts.

Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

Philippine real estate industry knowledge and experience preferred.
