    Looking for a Senior Wealth Planner with goodtenure in looking after the full suite of Wealth Services.Required; - CFP charter holder or CISI 7 qualification - 3-7year's experience within Wealth Management Industry -Proven experience managing a book of HNW/ UHNWclients.

    Specific Duties AndResponsibilities Include

    • Delivering a comprehensive financialplanning administration service to support the Pod whilemaintaining Pod client relationships
    • Preparingand implementing recommendations and provide general administrativesupport within the scope of the role
    • Preparingrebalance sheets for client portfolios
    • Prepareclient meeting plan summary plan documents andrecommendations
    • Obtain information to createcash flow plans in advance of meetings and follow-up for the returnof documentation
    • Assemble review documentationand review reports required for clientmeetings
    • Run daily/weekly/monthly performancereports on IMS (Investment Management System) and ensure anyanomalies are investigated and resolved
    • Ad hocreporting for clients, including CGTcalculations
    • Creating new client files/maintainexisting client files, ensuring they arecompliant
    • Monitor client accounts for anyinvestment guidelines violations, updates andchanges
    • Maintenance of CRM for Podclients
    • Liaising with platforms and serviceproviders as needed
    • Create and maintaineffective working relationships with clients andcolleagues

    Skills AndSpecifications For The Role

    • The requisite knowledge for the rolebeing undertaken
    • Strong numeracy skills,attention to detail and experience of dealing with multiplecurrencies
    • Solid analytical and research skillsand able to communicate technical knowledgeclearly
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite andCRM systems
    • Deploy assertiveness and useinitiative
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ableto converse well on all levels as well as exceptional written andverbal communication skills
    • Team player withexperience of working in a team environment, able to identify andhelp others when required Wellorganised
    • Efficient time management skills toplan workload and prioritiseaccordingly
