    Reporting to SalesManager

    JobObjective

    • To ensureadequate and effective support is available with maximum efficiencyaccuracy & expediency for Sales department to achieve thedesired output.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Achievemonthly / quarterly sales targets.
    • Completeall documentation associated with selling property.
    • Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects & leadsfor target markets and sectors through market knowledge researchand client relationship.
    • Follow up on allpaperwork and ensure that accurate information isavailable.
    • Input all prospective leads clientdetails sales etc. into sales inventory & CRMsystem.
    • Perform effective networking withinthe community and generate leads within the allocatedareas.
    • Coordinating for the release ofadvertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertisedproperties.
    • Prepare monthly competitive surveyreport and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions inthe area.
    • Attend to feedback of clientcomments suggestions and market trends.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions &interactions made with customers.
    • Respond toall online or telephone queries in a professional and timelymanner.
    • Work closely with the sales team toassess the progress of the department & develop salesstrategy accordingly.
    • Any additional tasksassigned by department head.

    Qualications

    • Bachelor degree in relevant eld or equivalent

    Experience

    • At least 5 years of experience of whichminimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similarresponsibilities with a leading real estate company.
      Awareness of the local and regional legal environment.

    Skills

    • Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Numerical skills.
