- To ensureadequate and effective support is available with maximum efficiencyaccuracy & expediency for Sales department to achieve thedesired output.
- Achievemonthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Completeall documentation associated with selling property.
- Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects & leadsfor target markets and sectors through market knowledge researchand client relationship.
- Follow up on allpaperwork and ensure that accurate information isavailable.
- Input all prospective leads clientdetails sales etc. into sales inventory & CRMsystem.
- Perform effective networking withinthe community and generate leads within the allocatedareas.
- Coordinating for the release ofadvertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertisedproperties.
- Prepare monthly competitive surveyreport and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions inthe area.
- Attend to feedback of clientcomments suggestions and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions &interactions made with customers.
- Respond toall online or telephone queries in a professional and timelymanner.
- Work closely with the sales team toassess the progress of the department & develop salesstrategy accordingly.
- Any additional tasksassigned by department head.
- Bachelor degree in relevant eld or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience of whichminimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similarresponsibilities with a leading real estate company.
Awareness of the local and regional legal environment. - Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law.
