Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and engagement through visually appealing and impactful designs across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the social media marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Create eyecatching and compelling visual content, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, GIFs, videos, and other multimedia assets for use on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity for the brand across all social media channels.
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative design concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring optimal display and user experience.
  • Stay uptodate with current design trends, social media features, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and cuttingedge.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and other team members to ensure alignment between visuals and messaging.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials, reports, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Help maintain a library of design assets for easy access and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating visual content for social media.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective requirements, and design best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a bonus.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and social media developments.
