About the Role:
As a Business Analyst in the Operations department at Deluxe Holiday Homes, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and processes to drive operational efficiency and improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular interviews and discussions with team members across all departments to gather insights into business operations and challenges.
- Understand and document existing processes to establish a baseline for improvements.
- Analyze current business processes and develop flowcharts or process maps to visualize areas of improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks that could be streamlined to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Propose changes and enhancements to business processes based on datadriven analysis.
- Develop detailed project plans for implementing process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with IT and systems teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the PMS, ERP, and CRM.
- Ensure that system improvements align with business needs and help reduce resource wastage.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management with clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor the outcomes of implemented changes and refine processes continually based on feedback and new data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to keep our business processes at the cutting edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree from Business management or related.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process improvement and system integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed process maps and flowcharts.
- Experience working with property management systems, ERP, and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with various teams and effectively presenting data and insights.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency.
