Title :
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Reporting to :
OWNER / PRESIDENT

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Quality Management System - to create a quality management system that will ensure the company's product quality, reliability, and performance by creating templates like documents/ forms / templates and procedures.

Ø ISO certifications (9001 / & Civil Defense Certifications
- to make sure that all required certifications and documentation related to ISO and CIVIL DEFENSE are updated likewise manage the implementation.

Ø Supplier Quality audits and control - check, suggest and approved quality of materials

Ø Quality complaint processing - monitor and gather all complaint / information from Sales and After Sales related to quality issue, make corrective solution, and assure of non-repetition.

Ø Monitor and make sure all tooling and equipment is calibrated if and when required.

Ø Conduct product performance testing.

Ø Conduct quality inspections on the shop floor and yard for 5S audits

Ø Have a weekly Gemba safety walk (to make sure there are no unsafe working conditions)

Ø Oversee product development by participating in design reviews and fabrication to meet quality and efficiency standards

Ø Conduction quality introduction training for new hired employees.

Qualifications & Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering on Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial
Proven experience in the same field for minimum of 5years.
Indept understanding and analysis in terms of quality methods and safety (LEAN & KAIZEN)
Proven ability to be independent and selfmotivated.
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work overtime, as needed.
Good Knowledge in ISO concepts, practices, and procedures.
Should have a UAE Driving License.

Salary:
From AED8,000.00 per month
