Description
Maintaining crew records for onboard training and appraisals.

  • Liaising with ships agent for crew sign off.
  • Managing crew changes for allocated vessels.
  • Compiling and managing sea staff contracts.
  • Ensure training required in terms of ISM is completed in timely manner
  • Checking crew certificate and qualification validity
  • Ensure all crew joining the vessel have completed required training before embarking

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
