Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Machine Operators.

This entry-level position is ideal for experienced and fresh garduates who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate and monitor machines according to established procedures.
  • Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate processing.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Assist with machine setup and changeovers as required.
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs when necessary.
  • Ensure continuity with minimum breakdown.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:


  • B.E or Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical engineer
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
